TACO FUZZION  is an innovative program designed to elevate the history, culture, traditions, diversity and versatility behind a taco.

More than an event, it is an academy, an opportunity to create community and take advantage of local resources in the creation of something so simple, but also so complete and diverse.

A taco represents a healthy, full meal if it is prepared correctly. How can something so small and simple nurture you?  We can show you how and discover this together.



The program is backed up by  UNESCO (1) and FAO (2), highlighting the ancestral techniques of processing food like nixtamalization  and the “ Milpa maya” system, recognized as an intangible good and heritage. It is also aligned to the sustainable development objectives (ODS) for 2030, promoting sustainable practices, community inclusion And the re-valorization of the medican gastronomic culture.

This educational event combines an interactive focus with practical demonstration together with community involvement activities to promote cultural appreciation, the enviroment sustainability and the local economic growth.
